Accessible on specific models of Samsung Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, and Apple Watch, this app connects to Verizon's network via a valid plan, turning your wearable device into a vigilant safety tool.

With the app, you can activate and manage the Get Help–Professional Monitoring service. This subscription-based feature ensures that assistance is just a tap away. By pressing the Get Help button on your watch or if your watch detects a fall, a 24/7 available agent is promptly alerted. If necessary, this agent can contact emergency services with your precise location and can bring a trusted personal contact into the call, increasing the layers of safety in critical situations.

Moreover, it allows you to establish a Trust Circle. Members of your Trust Circle can locate you and are informed once the emergency case is resolved, providing peace of mind to your loved ones.

An additional functionality included in Care Smart is the Tile and Complication. This feature creates an accessible shortcut on your watch face, allowing you to quickly connect to professional monitoring services during emergencies.

This application is now part of the Verizon MyPlan SmartWatch Data and Safety Perk, offering you an integrated approach to safety and connectivity. Compatible devices include the Apple Watch Series 4 and newer, as well as Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and later, along with the Google Pixel Watch.
